Dr. David J. Wilson was raised in Thunder Bay, ON

 

He completed a BSc. Physics major at Lakehead University, winning the Dean of Science and Environmental Studies Award.

 

He attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, obtaining his DDS with honours.

 

He earned his MD and completed a surgical internship at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston.

 

His residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was completed at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston. 

 

After completing his residency and obtaining his fellowship with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, he returned to practice in Thunder Bay, ON. He maintains a private practice as well as being on staff at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
